Some of the most requested tools in Jonard ToolsΓÇÖ line of network cabling tools are the round cable ring & slit ring tools. This line includes two patented tools, the CST-1900 and the CST-400. These tools are designed to remove cable jackets quickly and precisely from round cables from 3/16" to 1 5/8ΓÇ¥ in diameter. The CST-1140 performs similar functions as the others, however, allows the user to lock the blade to perform several functions such as longitudinal cuts, spiral cuts for end and mid-span stripping, and circular cuts for jacket removal.
One of the most useful kits for network installers to have at their side is the Punchdown Tool Kit for Data and Telecom Installers. This kit is designed to prepare and connect wires onto 66-type and 110-type punchdown terminal blocks. The tool kit also has the tools needed for maintaining telecommunications and data communications networks. The pieces included are the 6-in-1 Multi-Bit Screwdriver; the Cyclops Wire Stripper; Combo Crimper, Long Nose Pliers; Ergonomic Electrician's Scissors; Punchdown Tool, and an LED Flashlight, all with a molded 7-pocket tool pouch.
